Pool Party

Service Description

Pool Party £180 for up to 6 humans £250 for up to 10 humans ​ Our team will ​deliver a 1 hour session in the pool. Participants will meet our mermaid and have the opportunity to have their photo taken with her both above and below the water. For larger numbers we will have an additional mermaid to ensure all children are given time with the mermaid within the session. A link to download your photos will then be emailed to you within 48 hours. Our team will also organise themed games and challenges for your guests adapting to your guests swimming ability. Games may include racing around the sea weed, learning how to do bubble tricks and find the treasure. All equipment is provided by Mermaids Scotland. All children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult at a 1:1 ratio In some pools, particularly where children are unable to stand, we may ask adults to accompany children aged 3-8 at a 1:2 ratio.

Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer All participants must pass all elements of the Mermaids Scotland Swim Test, to ensure safety of all students and instructors. In the event of a Swim Test fail no refund will be given. Participants will be offered a land photo as a mermaid and the opportunity to participate as a human in the lesson. For any cancellations, with more than a weeks notice given of the experience or lesson, the customer may have a refund or 1 reschedule to an alternative available date. For any cancellations, with less than a weeks notice given of the experience or lesson, the customer may receive a 50% refund. For any non attended lessons no refund will be issued. It is the parent/carers responsibility to maintain their child’s safety both prior to and after the experience. Mermaids Scotland have the right to remove or refuse a participant without a refund if they are disrespectful towards other participants/instructors, show blatant disregard to directions or shows signs of being a threat to the safety of themselves or other participants within the experience. If photo and video permission is given Mermaids Scotland have permission to take photos/ videos of the participant during their experience. All images and prints shall constitute the property of the organiser. The use and reproduction of said photos may include website, advertising, marketing and social media by the organiser. Photos and videos may be used by the organiser or anyone authorised by them without compensation. For an individual link to be sent instead of being included in the group link a £5 admin fee will be charged.
